Update on the Braised short ribs...
so the flavor was fine,  but it was so fatty and gross. I do not like fatty meat and I accidentally took a bite that was almost all fat.  yuck!   If the fat could be trimmed off before maybe it would make it better.  I think it just took me too long, I was hoping for better results.  when she said 20 minutes prep time I do not think hers included a crying baby, a  two year old who pooped his pants and did not want to take a nap.  so 4 hours later,  it was ok and every pan I own is now dirty in my sink.. Lovely.
