hApPy ThAnKsGiViNg!!!!

me and the turkey
It is here the day we have been anticipating for months, or waiting for 364 days for, if you love this Holiday as much as I do.  It is all about food and abundance... and so am I...  I hope your day is wonderful and filled with family, food and fun.  My favorite 3 F's.

We all have so much to be thankful for even if we think we do not have   a lot.  I am very grateful for this day to reflect on life and how sweet it is.

Need to go rolls just finished rising!

Love ya and catch you Monday!

  1. Happy Thanksgiving Nicole! How on earth do you cook in a turtle neck??? I always get so hot working in the kitchen. I'm wearing shorts and a T-shirt right now! My rolls are baking, apple pie just out of the oven and then I'm done cooking for today. Off to my parents house and I'll help them. Yesterday I made your pumpkin cheesecake, peanut butter pie, and a delicious looking coconut cream pie. I'm sick of cooking and starving to death. So ready to eat!

  2. Oh, and I made the mashed potatoes yesterday and will bake them today. It's such a great recipe because mashed potatoes are always a pain because you have to do them right before dinner to make sure they are nice and hot. But his method you put in a baking pan and just put in the oven. Much easier than dealing with the potato mess right before dinner. I'll have to send you the recipe. They have cream cheese and sour cream and garlic & onion powder in them.
